Our pre-set classes are held at the Cheviot Hills Recreation Center at 2551 Motor Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90064, and Valley Village Park where Morrison Street hits Westpark Drive in North Hollywood.

All other classes, one-on-one and team/group coaching is located per the convenience of the client at a mutually convenient time and available location. We are more than happy to come to your house or a local, available park in your neighborhood. Call us to discuss your request!

Where should we park at the Cheviot Hills Recreation Center?

Please bring extra water, sun block & a parent/guardian is required to stay at the class (2-6 years of age).

We highly recommend wearing comfortable clothes for movement and running. Suggestions include shorts, sweats, and sneakers for the 2-6 year olds and cleats/turf shoes and shin guards are required for older players who are training for and playing in competitive sessions and games.

Of course we provide the coaching instruction and equipment but we will also have extra water, a snack (2-6 years), and chairs for the parents to sit on while watching the players. In addition, within approximately one month after the end of the class session, your personalized GOLS Soccer video will be mailed to you if the majority of the class signed up for one.

The classes for the 2-6 year old players last for 45 minutes. Please reference the schedule.

You can conveniently pay with a credit card during the online registration process and complete your registration within minutes. If you prefer to pay with a check, you can send it to the GOLS Soccer office after completing your online registration and noting that you will pay by check.

All players must be fully registered online, including online/mailed payment received, in order for a registration to be considered complete and for a space to be held in the given class/lesson.

You can use our convenient online registration system to register for an existing public class or to send a request for a private class, lesson, camp, or special event. You are also welcome to call the office (818-906-1707) or email us to discuss your needs and to determine a mutually convenient schedule and available location for a new class, lesson or special event. Once the schedule is set for a private class or lesson, all of the players will need to register online.

All players’ registrations must be completed and submitted online in order for a group/team’s registration to be finalized and for a space to be held in the given class/lesson for each player.

Absolutely! We love working with children and adults starting at the age of 2+ years and at all levels of play from beginner to longtime completive player. We not only work with children, but also welcome both women and men to hire us to teach them everything from the beginning fundamentals to improving their existing high level skills and tactics. We also enjoy working with both individuals and teams. We believe all soccer players and human beings are lifelong learners and we are capable of working with players at all levels and all ages over 2 years old.

Yes—our 2-6 year old classes all require one parent to be present for the entire class and we especially encourage the younger children’s parents to actively participate in the class with their children. We welcome Moms, Dads and other relatives or special friends to join us. If someone other than the pre-designated parent is responsible for your child during any given class, please make sure to communicate with us ahead of time in writing (email: info@golssoccer.com or fax: 310-943-3306) in order to avoid any confusion.

If it is raining on a class date and time, please call the rain hotline 30 or more minutes prior to the start of your class: 818-906-1707, 310-930-1490 or 310-890-6689. If you have a one-on-one, group, or team session scheduled and it is raining, please call the above rain hotline numbers to confirm cancellation as well. Please leave your name and phone number on our voicemail if we do not pick up and we will call you back as soon as possible. We will also attempt to reach all class members in advance if we need to cancel a class due to weather or any other unforeseen emergency. If it rains one or more times during a class session, we will do our best to offer one rain make-up class during the session but rain make-ups are not guaranteed. If it rains during a summer camp week, no make-ups are available but we will do our best to offer the players the opportunity to take a class that week with another age appropriate group if there is room in the class.

If you would like to withdraw from the session after the first class, you can request a refund in writing (email: info@golssoccer.com or fax: 310-943-3306) within 24 hours of the class and receive a refund minus a $50 fee for the first class. If you need to cancel your registration prior to the session starting, we need a minimum of one week’s notice before the first class in order to provide you with a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Unfortunately we cannot provide any refunds after the first class and 24-hour window expires. We keep our classes small in order to provide the most beneficial service to each player which means each reserved space is valuable.

If another session is concurrently running for the same age-group, you are welcome to notify us of your desire to make-up a class at a different time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If an appropriate class has the space, we will notify you of the available date and time. Please communicate with us as we do not accept walk-ups.

Yes! Due to the young age of our 2-6 year old children, we do require that at least one parent or guardian for each child remain at the park with us. If another classmate’s parent is in charge of your child, please notify us in advance in writing (email: info@golssoccer.com or fax: 310-943-3306) in order to avoid any confusion.

Yes, we will always have a waitlist for sessions that are filled to capacity and will alert you if a space opens up on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are also more than happy to discuss creating another class for a new group of children in the same age range/skill level if space is unavailable and a group of friends is interested in registering for a class together.

Please try to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your private lesson for any reason. As the coach has reserved his or her time for your private lesson, any lesson cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged at the full lesson rate.

If you know that you will miss a class, please let us know with as much advance notice so we are not expecting you. We keep our classes small in order to provide the most beneficial service to each player which means each reserved space is valuable. With this in mind, all registered players have reserved one space for the entire class duration (and if they join mid-session, for the remainder of the classes left in the duration as of the date joined) and it is up to each family to attend as many classes as they would like.
